Dear FIAE Colleagues:

The FIAE Scholarship Fund is a valuable resource that helps draw active participation from our counterparts around the nation and elevates current members by supporting professional advancement.  I am writing to ask that you consider donating to the FIAE Scholarship Fund so that we can continue to attract the best and brightest to FIAE’s ranks.

 

State executives who, for budgetary reasons might consider skipping our vital annual convention, can use scholarship funds to supplement their travel expenses.  FIAE members can also use scholarship funds to offset the cost of pursuing a Certified Association Executive accreditation through ASAE.

We also use scholarship funds to pay for registration and lodging for all new state association executives to attend their first FIAE Convention.  This provides great initial outreach for the new executives who can meet their colleagues and learn firsthand the benefits of FIAE.  This year in Nashville we are hosting three “first timers”!

In the past we have bolstered the Scholarship Fund with proceeds from our banquet night silent auction at the annual convention.  But to spare you the shopping time and shipping logistics, this year, in lieu of a silent auction prize, I ask that you please consider making a cash donation.

We are accepting donations now – and throughout the year – from all FIAE members.  You can donate by clicking on the DONATE NOW button below.  Or email Bev and she will send you an invoice.  Any amount is welcome.  Everyone can participate, not just those with the winning bid on a silent auction item. 

 

Please join me in donating this year to keep the FIAE Scholarship Fund healthy and FIAE strong.  I look forward to bragging about our group’s generosity at the convention!
